Source Of Life And Health
A unique combination of natural resources having therapeutic effects has turned the Dead Sea area into a healing center unparalleled anywhere else on the face of the earth.
The salty seawater, with its unusually high concentration of minerals, the natural hot springs rich in minerals and sulphur, and the extraordinary climatic conditions, including uniquely filtered sun rays and an oxygen-rich dry air, due to the high barometric pressure prevailing here in the lowest spot on earth (417 meters below sea level), a therapeutic black mud - all combine in providing the basis for the successful effect of the Dead Sea therapies.
Contributing to these ideal therapeutic conditions are the comfortable stable temperatures in this seaside desert most of the year, the pure unpolluted air, which is free of allergens and contaminants, while containing minerals deriving from evaporation of this inland sea that are healthy for breathing.
These natural resources have been shown to provide a beneficial effect on various illnesses, including chronic incurable diseases, and have led to the renowned reputation of the Dead Sea area as a natural spa constituting a source of promoting health and improving the quality of life.
For some 2,000 years (as the ancient texts attest), people have come to immerse themselves in the Dead Sea for healing purposes. The awareness of the healing attributes of the Dead Sea was truly reawakened at the beginning of the 1970s, when the scientific research studies in the area gained momentum and their findings were published.
All this recognition led to an accelerated development of hotel facilities, along with the establishment of health and therapy centers, operating on the basis of scientifically based findings, which as a result have turned the Dead Sea area into an attractive internationally recognized healing center, drawing each year tens of thousands of patients from around the world to find relief for their ailments and pains.
THE DEAD SEA EFFECT
The accumulated clinical experience and research data on all aspects of climatic therapy, which is based on a combination of exposure of the body to the sun with an immersion in the Dead Sea waters, has enabled physicians to establish a protocol of treatment methods referred to as “Dead Sea Climatotherapy.”
Medical and scientific research studies indicate that Dead Sea Climatotherapy is very effective in treating numerous illnesses, the most common being the skin disease, psoriasis. Dead Sea climatotherapy has also been found to have therapeutic effects on atopic dermatitis (skin allergy), vitiligo (loss of pigmentation), and early stage mycosis fungoides (skin cancer).
Natural springs containing minerals and sulphur, black medicinal mud, with antibacterial activity and hyperemic properties, are also found along the shores of the Dead Sea.
An anti-aging effect discovered recently in the Dead Sea minerals, as well as in the medicinal mud, has made the Dead Sea even more popular, attracting people who seek to slow down their skin aging process.
As opposed to the artificial treatments administered in the conventional clinic or hospital environment, the relaxing atmosphere during Dead Sea climatotherapy, where patients mix socially with other guests in a hotel atmosphere, has often been shown to have psychological benefits, by providing a positive affect on the patients’ self image and, as a result, on his or her quality of live.
THE DEAD SEA TREATMENT
The beneficial effects of Dead Sea climatotherapy on dermatological diseases, such as psoriasis, eczema, lichen planus and vitiligo, have been amply documented in a multitude of scientific publications over the past 40 years.
These studies have established that optimum results in the treatment of psoriasis, for example, are achieved by a short-term immersion in the Dead Sea water, followed in most cases and depending on the time of the year by a 1-2 gradual exposure to the sun once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Winter is not recommended for this kind of disease.
A rooftop meteorological station on the southwestern shore of the Dead Sea performs continuous UV monitoring and provides online data on the intensity of the daily solar ambient radiation. Studies with radiosensitive detector badges placed on the body have been conducted recently to determine the actual amount of radiation absorbed by sunbathers.
A special computerized program is installed in the solarium at Ein Bokek, enabling patients to regulate their initial daily exposure time by themselves, based on their skin type and the radiation intensity measured during exposure.
The actual amount of energy to which the patient’s body is exposed by these schemes is about one third of the amount applied in artificial irradiation therapy regimes, yet the therapeutic results of the Dead Sea natural treatment lead to a 80-90% remission, comparing favorably with artificial irradiation modes. The mean duration of remission has been studied in 64 German psoriasis patients and found to last on the average six months.
The Effects of Dead Sea Climatotherapy on the Pathogenesis in Psoriasis
A study published in 2003 examined the effects of Dead Sea climatotherapy on the pathological changes and immunological modulation in psoriatic patients’ skin.
Histological examination of the skin found that the characteristic pathological changes found in psoriasis had normalized, while immunological studies showed a major reversal in immunological activation.
Preliminary data show that optimum results in clearing psoriatic lesions were achieved faster when Dead Sea climatotherapy is combined with topical administration of calcipotriol.
Repeat studies have shown that even severe forms of psoriasis, which otherwise require hospitalization and often need systemic medications, such as oral retinoids, methotrexate or cyclosporine, respond remarkably to climatotherapy, let alone milder forms, all without the potential side effects often associated with the administration of these systemic medications.
Dead Sea Climatotherapy is subsidized by sick funds and national health agencies: A study performed by the Swiss Psoriasis Association has shown that economically, while being equally effective as artificial treatments given to severely affected psoriasis patients, Dead Sea climatotherapy is less expensive when comparing overall expenditures for both modes of therapy.
In view of its cost effectiveness, health funds in Western European countries, such as Germany and Denemark, as well as in several Eastern European countries, subsidize Dead Sea climatotherapy for skin diseases, while Norway also subsidizes Dead Sea treatments for joint diseases.

Emotional Clearing - Quite an Experience!
Over the past several months, I’ve taken several advanced Energy classes, in an effort to enhance my own Energy Work, and my Energy Work/Reiki practice. None has brought about such interesting results, as the group emotional clearing that was done for us.
Prior to performing the clearing, our instructor, Judy DiCanio, advised us that we might become very tired, lethargic, restless or even fidgety, during and after the clearing. My personal reactions to the clearing were much more than I anticipated or expected.
About halfway through the clearing, my right arm became extremely itchy. Itchy, as in poison ivy, itchy. Later that evening, I was still scratching my right arm, in the crux. I had developed a reaction. As a result of this clearing, I had developed a poison ivy rash, in the crux of my arm, in the shape of a three inch circle. The rash occurred no where else on my body. I had just contracted poison ivy, while in a class room, in February. After the class, I went directly home. I did not walk near any woods, or any weeds.
Later that evening, as I was undressing for bed, my husband asked what I had done, to have such a large bruise on my chest. I had no idea what he was talking about. I turned and faced the mirror in our bedroom, and saw a large, fresh, dark black, blue and purple bruise, which encompassed nearly half of my breast, and upward towards my shoulder. As we looked closer, we could clearly see that the bruise was in the shape of a foot, or a shoe. It looked as though I had been involved in a physical battle, and that someone had kicked me!
I did not have this bruise, or any bruise on my chest, when I got dressed that morning. It became obvious that this bruise, along with my poison ivy rash, had been a direct result of the clearing that I participated in, earlier that day.
In explaining these reactions to our instructor, DiCanio explained that both had been the result of karmic clearing, from past lives. We agreed that the clearing had been a success for all who had participated, but the reactions varied, from student to student. My reactions were the only ones that were clearly physical, as a result of past life issues that needed to be addressed.
I’ve been psychic since I was a yound child. I am just now, growing my Energy Work practice, along with my psychic practice. If you have any questions, my e-mail is: ptah600@epix.net

Aromatherapy: Revive Your Senses
The art of aromatherapy had been practiced since the earliest times. Strong evidences were found to link aromatherapy to ancient traditions. Though aromatic oils had been used to treat and cure various ailments and conditions for who knows how long, the formal study on their properties only started in the year 1928.
In its simplest form, aromatherapy is the use of essential plant oils for therapeutic purposes. They are normally employed to relieve a person from stress and a variety of stress-related conditions. And also for promoting an individual’s general well being and in invigorating the body and the psyche.
Aromatherapy works by inducing the olfactory nerve cells with aromatic oils, which then carries out the message to the limbic system in the brain. Limbic system is the part of the brain that is responsible for controlling memory and emotions.
Aromatherapy is concerned in both the workings of the physical and emotional aspects of the person under treatment. Physically, aromatherapy helps in relieving specific conditions trough the stimulation of the nervous, immune and circulatory system. In emotions however, they may evoke pleasant memories.
Yet, the medical circles do not agree if aromatherapy in itself is instrumental to the complete healing of a certain condition. But the idea of recovery through aromatherapy is widely accepted.
Essential Oils
Essential oils are derived from the distillation of the elements of a plant like the leaves, roots, flowers, stems and bark. They hold the true essence of the plants from which they originally came in high concentration. Though termed as oil, essential oils normally do not have the real properties of oil. Some essential oils are yellow like that of the lemongrass and orange and many are clear.
These oils are used in a variety of methods: through inhalation, by adding them in the bathwater and by the application of the diluted oil on the body.
The use of oil in aromatherapy is only restricted to those with unadulterated qualities. The purest of the essential oils alone have the therapeutic values.
The following is a list of the most common essential oils used in aromatherapy. Some of which are used as carrier oils (also known as vegetable oils or base oils):
- Almond, Sweet
- Apricot Kernel
- Avocado
- Borage
- Cocoa Butter
- Evening Primrose
- Grapeseed
- Hazelnut
- Jojoba
- Kukui
- Macadamia Nu
- Olive
- Peanut
- Pecan
- Rose Hip
- Sesame
- Shea Butter
- Sunflower
Below are listed essential oils that are not advisable to use in aromatherapy, especially if not supervised by a professional aromatherapy practitioner.
- Ajowan
- Almond, Bitter
- Arnica
- Birch, Sweet
- Boldo Leaf
- Broom, Spanish
- Calamus
- Camphor
- Deertongue
- Garlic
- Horseradish
- Jaborandi
- Melilotus
- Mugwort
- Mustard
- Onion
- Pennyroyal
- Rue
- Sassafras
- Thuja
- Wintergreen
- Wormseed
- Wormwood
Aromatherapists put into practice the workings of aromatherapy in a spectrum of work environments including:
- private practice
- mobile visiting practice
- natural health clinics
- beauty therapy clinics
- health clubs
- hospitals
- hospices and
- nursing homes
In spite of the lack of formal research on aromatherapy therapists and European physicians are often prescribing certain aromatic oils for a range of complaints including colds and flu, insomnia, sinusitis, migraines, digestive problems and muscle pains. It must be understood though that aromatic oils must never be taken orally and should be first tested to determine the degree of skin’s sensitivity to some oils.

Exchange Rates Made Simple
A no-doubt large number of companies can easily get really baffled when it boils down to exchange rate industry terms, nevertheless it remarkably is comparatively simple. Therefore whether you’re an individual or a big firm seeking to exchange overseas money; below are your unambiguous and uncomplicated definitions that will often with a modicum of luck drive off a little of the mystique & make the oftentimes misunderstood process of making extra income by trading foreign currency a little bit less trouble. Here is a site you can begin your research if you’re looking to start money exchanges.
Beginning at the start with the most uncomplicated of definitions an exchange rate is the particular price at a particular country’s currency may be swapped into another’s. Therefore, for example the rate would be the amount of Mexican Pesos you will buy in exchange for each Hungary Forint.
Fixed exchange rates are also known by the term ‘pegged exchange rates’; fixed exchange rated are put to good use to stabilize the value of a countries currency; especially during periods when that currency is changing in value a lot; to facilitate trade & investment.
Floating exchange rate - this is when a currencies exchange rate is set with natural market forces. This is a more risky way to conduct business but don’t forget this is the situation where you will have the chance to earn a good profit,
You will probably also read talk of animals in exchange circles; a bull is someone who foresees that market prices will go up conversely a bear is a person that thinks market values will go down. A bull market is a marketplace where prices are actually going up conversely a bear market is the opposite - a marketplace where prices are actually going down.
A currency broker is someone who acts as a middle person in-between yourself and the market - currency brokers are actually many times in the position to obtain you the best price at moments when you are looking to buy or sell.
The dollar rate is the current value that a single unit of any currency has against one unit of the American Dollar; this is a useful indicator for a currencies value.
This is very obviously by no means a comprehensive group of terms - it is merely a good starting point; but with a fraction more studying you should be appreciably on your way to now becoming a financial expert in no time at all.

Married Women on a Shopping Spree
This article would take you through the humorous journey of stating some types of married women out at play. Men should particularly know about them because they are the popular types and men don’t want to go wrong…Do they??!
Please check out Ashley Madison Reviews for more married dating content!
Some women get lonely and neglected in the span of their marriage. Their sense of self worth and respect is in a mess. They would try to seek attention and grab any that comes her way. For men it is easy to grab interest in them and they are easy to please too. All they want is oodles of attention and you are in.
Another type of woman is young, beautiful, naive and maybe a little inexperienced too. She thinks of marriage as a fairy tale and dreams of a royal life too. With a little of a man’s care and concern will see them running out to a man’s arms in no time. Men just need to be kind and considerate.
How should men woo married women?
Men should be aware of the woman on hunt. Long time commitment is not an agenda here. The reason for hunting is. It can be money, status, protection or whatever they set their minds on. Fictionalising the above statement would read; the tigress is on the hunt.
To woo this woman all a man needs to be is to be interested in flesh and remember just not to take too much time in advancing. Agility is appreciated here.
When you see a woman making advances towards you, don’t drop the sign. Pick them up and go out to reach her. She doesn’t mean any harm. Out for fun and letting her hair down, this women is stressed of the chores and responsibilities back home. She loves to play around and is fun to be with.

Magnetic Therapy Backed by Scientific Evidence, Ignored by Conventional Medicine
The recent January 2006 issue of the British Medical Journal suggested patients be advised that magnetic therapy has no proved benefits. They argued that only blinded randomized controlled trials can prove medical benefit, and that it is difficult to study magnets in a blinded fashion.
The editorial obscures an important truth about research and real world healing. If we were to apply this standard to all medicines, we’d also have to point out that many common surgeries and medical procedures also have no proved health benefit. Few of them have been studied in randomized controlled trials, and they cost at least as much as magnetic healing does. But no one complains about that. This exemplifies the double standard the medical establishment applies to alternative medicine.
A randomized controlled trial of arthroscopic knee surgery for osteoarthritis found it to be no more efficacious than placebo, yet this surgery is performed on more than 600,000 people per year. This study appeared in the New England Journal of Medicine in July 2002.
The British Medical Journal editorial is at odds with the results of more than 300 favorable studies of powerful magnetic therapy for diseases including arthritis, fibromyalgia, migraine, multiple sclerosis, pain, sinusitis, and insomnia. Abstracts of these studies are available for free at The FeelGood Store. What’s more, an expert review of 18 high quality randomized controlled trials of magnetic therapy for pain concluded that the weight of the evidence favors magnetic pain relief. This review was published in June 2005 in the Journal of Alternative & Complementary Medicine.
The BMJ editor forgets that consumers are shrewd. If magnets don’t work, they’ll demand a refund or spread negative word of mouth. Plus, recent research continues to explain close relationship between nerves, the brain, and the immune system. The same neurovasculoimmune mechanisms that make acupuncture work explain how magnets heal the body. Nerves work via electricity and magnetic fields affect the flow of electricity.
The FeelGood Store has been providing customers with superior pain relief, beauty, fitness, and wellness products via mail order and the internet since 1993. They sell a variety of magnetic products including bracelets and joint supports.

Chelation Therapy for Autism
I just read a story about a U.K. family that lost their autistic five-year-old son during chelation therapy in a clinic in Pennsylvania.
That is a tragic loss I can’t even imagine…It makes me think of the old Chinese curse, “May you live to bury your children”. But a bit of perspective is needed.
• This is the first chelation-related death in nearly 50 years
• 600 people a year die from using aspirin
• In 2001 the Autism Research Institute reported that in a survey of more than 23,000 parents who resorted to chelation for their autistic children, nearly three out of four said the method helped
• Chelation is an FDA-approved therapy for treating children with lead poisoning
The FDA can’t approve chelation for treating autism…Why?
The U.S. Navy developed chelation in the 1940’s to treat lead poisoning. Besides that, it also helps remove other heavy metals from the body.
Now here’s the catch: In spite of the FDA approval to use this therapy on children, the medical mainstream CAN’T recognize the effectiveness of chelation in treating autism because that would amount to an official recognition of one of the suspected causes of autism: mercury toxicity from the vaccine preservative thimerosal.
It’s interesting to note that the rise in autism parallels the rise in the use of thimerosal.
Now think about this…If chelation works for autistic kids, wouldn’t that suggest a connection between heavy metals and autism? And you can’t dismiss the results by pulling out the placebo effect. Autistic kids don’t snap out of autism just because they’re aware they’re being treated.
I’m wondering if chorella might not be an alternative…
Since chorella also helps cleanse the body of heavy metals, maybe it could be another option…As far as I know the only side effect is it makes your feces green.
Anyone heard of chlorella being used as a treatment in autism?

How to Choose a Clinical Hypnosis Professional
The major dilemma in deciding to pursue hypnotherapy is selecting a qualified Hypnotist.
You need to decide whether you want to work with a psychiatrist or other licensed mental health practitioner who includes hypnosis as a part of their practice, or if you want a hypnotist who uses hypnosis exclusively as a healing modality.
Psychiatrists and other licensed mental health practitioners at times use hypnosis in treating people; however certified hypnotists have more in-depth training. The psychiatrist or licensed mental health practitioner may have attended a weekend workshop and learned how to induce hypnosis but may have little or no experience in communicating with the mind in its subconscious mode.
The first question to ask anyone with whom you consider working is “Are you a certified hypnotist and by whom?” The National Guild of Hypnotherapists is the oldest and largest worldwide non-profit certifying organization cited by Congress in the Congressional Record of May 11th, 1993 as the foremost hypnosis organization in the country.
Although, one assumes all licensed professionals are highly qualified, that does not hold true with hypnosis, a licensed professional needs to be certified in hypnosis in addition to their license. Therefore, whomever you choose, be sure they are certified by a certifying institution or recognized organization and have had a minimum of 100 hours of trainingnot just a weekend seminar.
In addition, it is important to consider a Hypnotist, who is also a certified Regression practitioner. The reason it is important to choose a Hypnotist, who is also a certified Regression practitioner is because the root cause of your issue is more often than not rooted in your past experiencestherefore, regression to those experiences to heal the emotional issues is necessary. A certified Hypnotist has little or no training in regression work. Therefore, to have the most qualified Hypnotist make sure they are a certified Hypnotist and certified Regression practitioner.
The International Board for Regression Therapy (IBRT) Inc. as an independent examining and certifying board www.ibrt.org is the foremost regression certifying organization. Its mission is to set professional standards for practice, evaluate the preparation and qualifications of practitioners and the quality of training programs, and to issue certificates to those who pass the rigorous evaluation process. It is a not-for-profit corporation registered in New York State.
Another area to explore is how much experience the prospective therapist has had in your area of need. How long have they been in full-time practice? What are their specialties? Do they have experience in addressing the problem you want to address or in attaining the goal you want to achieve? How many clients have they treated? How many successfully?
Another question particularly helpful is “What is the law regarding the practice of hypnotherapy in your state?” In Illinois, it is PA473. The reason it is important that any prospective hypnotist know the law is because hypnotherapy must be practiced in strict conformity with it. Be suspicious of anyone who doesn’t know the limits of their practice.
Finally, if you are satisfied with the responses to all other questions, ask yourself one final question. “Am I comfortable with this person?” Attempting to work with someone who maybe highly qualified but with whom you have no rapport or with someone you don’t feel you can trust will only serve to interfere with your progress.

Using VoIP for Your Business
Communication is important for us. Since the development of the internet, it has made communication faster and more efficient by using emails.
With this technology, researchers and developers invented the Voice over Internet Protocol or VoIP for short. VoIP works like your regular landline phone, but instead of using telephone lines, VoIP uses the internet to transmit voice and video data to the person you are calling. With VoIP, it is possible to make free or cheap long distance calls.
VoIP not only enable us to call long distance free, but also lets us view the person we are calling with the use of a webcam or videophone.
With free long distance calls and conferencing, VoIP benefits businesses in many ways. Many features offered by VoIP free or at a minimal cost enabled VoIP literally replace traditional phones.
VoIP is probably the best way to keep in touch with your business associates and customers.
With VoIP it can make your business, either small or large, have an edge against your competitors.
Here are some features that can benefit your business by using VoIP:
With video conferencing capabilities, you can conduct meetings and presentation right in your own office. No longer will you spend expensive travel expenses when using VoIP. It allows you to close deals with your customers a lot faster than before.
Save money on phone bills. With VoIP, this is possible. You will just pay your monthly internet connection bills and small fees to your VoIP internet service provider allowing more profits for your business.
Not only that VoIP is limited to calling other VoIP phones, but it also allows you to call mobile phones, regular phones, and long distance or international numbers for a very low cost.
With the technology to take your own personal VoIP number, it is possible to make and receive calls anywhere you are in the planet as long as there is an internet connection. This feature allows you to not miss any business opportunities or emergencies while you travel.
This means more business deals, therefore, more profits and also you can take care of your clients while you travel, answering their important questions about your products or services.
A business wants to minimize expenses in order to gain more profit, therefore allowing the business to grow. With VoIP, it can significantly cut your phone expenses, traveling expenses, and more.
However, no matter how many great features VoIP offer, it still depends on your internet connection. If you plan to integrate VoIP in your business, be sure your internet connection is high speed and reliable in order to prevent voice delays or being cut off.
Remember that good communication is crucial for a business to succeed, meaning that a voice lag can mean the difference of an answer to your business associates or clients. A one-second delay may not seem much but it can make the difference of a simple “yes” or “no” answer. This can lead to misunderstanding, therefore, possible of not making the deal.
Choosing the VoIP service provider is also an important factor for your business. Choose one that offers maximum voice quality and reliability.
Also, remember that features such as caller ID, call waiting, speed dialing, call forwarding, video phone, voice mails, call logs, conference calls, long distance or international calls, and call hold should be offered cheap or no fee at all.
