We hear a lot about anger management, and there have even been movies about it.

But I’m not convinced anger is always something to be defused.

For instance, I remember that time when I was 11, on the Little League All-Stars, and riding the bench until the final moments of the final game. Only then, did my pasty coach put me in, with two outs and my friend, Alex, standing on first.

Initially, I refused to leave the dugout; I was that peeved I was passed over as a player until that time.

Then, I decided to take my anger out on the ball. A wild child, I strode to the plate.

On the third pitch, I ripped into it.

It was “a rope,” a line drive to the wall. It got there in about half a second of flight. A few inches higher, and it would have been a home run.

Breathless but vindicated, I had a pinch-hit, stand-up double, knocking Alex in, and that ignited a rally, that just fell short of tying the game.

The following year, I led the league in hitting and just missed being the home-run king as well. In fact, according to the President, I set a national record or two.

The same coach led the All-Star team.

He saw the light.

I started every game.

What happens when a small segment of our society is outcast and feel alienated? Well, perhaps you have found yourself in such a group previously? Odd man out or involved in an activity, which was different from the norm? Well, it does not seem fair when it happens to you does it? Yet we as Americans are alienated a large group of folks in our society; the gay and lesbian community.

Sure some people say it is justified, I mean that surely is a very different lifestyle indeed. And it is so different that many cannot understand it. It causes anxiety and some say fear. You know how those homosexuals like to run around and call everyone a homophobic? Well maybe they are right and maybe they aren’t but this name calling on both sides has furthered the divide between the group and the rest of America. You might say so what, as it really does not affect our daily lives much does it? Well true enough, but before you say it is not your problem, realize it seems to affect them very much.

In fact there is a lot of built up tension and animosity out their towards us regular folks from the gay folks. Enough that perhaps we all ought to take notice of potential individuals going out of their way to make a much bigger issue out of it than mere name calling. I had addressed the issue of the more radical gay fringe with the gay and lesbian community. They actually believe it does not exist and is no problem to society. Much like the environmentalist deny that the eco-terrorists are arsonists, polluters and criminals. In talking with the group you know I am really getting bored of their denial of the problematic gay fringe walking around with hate.

You can feel the hate, you can see it in their eyes and hear their thoughts. Indeed their under breath comments and talk in groups is also troubling. Having had them play their intimidation tactics on me and threatened my person, used extortion tactics against my company, I need not prove anything to the gay community that their fringe exists. Yet they are in denial of the gay fringe radical fundamentalists and their potential heightened criminal acts in the future.

I hereby predict that someone or a group or a multiple set of groups out their will cause a criminal act which will be in the headlines for months, but the gay and lesbian community could have been prevented if only the gay and lesbian community would have done something about it. I can feel the negative energy of some of these folks, if the gay community cannot, then their eyes are closed and they need to wake up. Because as a non-gay I cannot do anything about these folks, but they can, but won’t because the gay community is telling me they do not exist.

They are in denial or lying, personally I do not care which. Maybe it is safer for the group to just keep quiet and live in denial. Fine, but the problem festers until the pot boils over and the gay community and all their friends could have stopped it. But cared not to. Too busy with their own lives to care about their treasured gay and lesbian community. And if they do not care, well it should be obvious why many of us do not care and thus the rift is widening instead of acceptance and tolerance you see?

I am sorry I call an ace and ace and a spade a spade. I have clearly identified a big and growing problem, and with each defeat of the gay marriage makes this gay fringe group grow more and more angry willing to break the law and attack anyone they think a threat. Personally I am tired of the homophobic labels and motif, I am tired of the name calling and threats and the gay community needs to wake up because so is the rest of America, they are starting to piss people off, some folks who are even neutral on the gay marriage subject. This is hurting their cause. So when they say that we need to be tolerant, I say; “Hey wait a minute, you all need to be tolerant!”

You see, now the problem is not only with the meat heads of the Christian Radical Right with their gay bashing BS, now the problem is within the terrorist like gay fringe. Perhaps a defense mechanism, sure could be, but when acts of violence come about, no one who gets injured or killed as an innocent bi-standard really cares who started it. The gay and lesbian community indeed has their work cut out for them, but if they fail to control this fringe, then it will set your gay community back a decade or so. Consider this in 2006.

Heavenly Gel Candles ( www.HeavenlyGelCandles.com ) knows that
ice, snow, sleet and shoveling the walk are not ideas that are
warmly embraced by a good number of folk who would rather be
lounging by the balmy seas. Daydreams of the Caribbean come to
their minds while they scrape the ice off of their windshield
before slip-sliding on the drive to work. What can be done to
help alleviate their mental burden during the coldest season of
the year? Gel Candles of course!

How, pray tell, could Gel Candles bring a glimmer of hope to the
winter weary masses? It’s all psychology, friends. Think
positive and the battle is half won. It’s about keeping the
imagination energized by thoughts of relaxing by powdery sand
beaches. Did you know that there are gel candles that reflect
the tropical paradise theme that many people dream about? These,
in effect, can act as the shoulder to lean on during the days of
winter blahs.

Here’s another thought process to consider. Imagine the summer
days when you were at ease socializing with friends and
neighbors by the pool or at a bar-b-que with a cocktail in hand?
Remember the carefree hob-knobbing with others while enjoying
either a margarita, strawberry dacquiri, martini, lemonade or a
good old-fashioned mug of cold beer on a Fourth of July weekend?
Doesn’t that plant the seeds of cozy warmness inside? Well gel
candles with those themes can bring out those positive thought
waves as well. They possess the comfy vibes to both warm the
bones and lift the downtrodden spirit.

Yes, it is all in the mind but gel candles can reflect the mood
that you wish to be in just by a simple gaze directed at the one
that most suits your fancy. There are gel candle themes not only
for beach and drinky-drinks but also with other heart warming
ideas such as fine wine, fresh baked pies, malt shoppe ice
cream, and even fruit preserves that may have even more
therapeutic value for you. The candles also can have custom
fragrances with dozens of choices from Apple Blossom to Wild
Watermelon to further enhance the experience.

C’mon and snap out of your doldrums and take action! Ease your
troubled mind and get acquainted with the world of gel candles.
It’s a step in the right direction to live in a happier world.
It’s also a lot cheaper than going to a shrink!
